Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and supervising the cashier team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Train and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient operations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette

Experience:
- Previous experience in a cashier or retail sales role is required
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of cashiers
